Harassment & Hostile Workplace

It is unlawful discrimination to intimidate, harass or treat an employee with hostility because of the employee’s race, sex, national origin, color, age, religion, or disability.

The employee must demonstrate that the employer’s hostility and harassment is based on the employee’s race, sex, national origin, color, age, religion, or disability or his or her association with a person of a different race.

Under federal and state law, it is unlawful for an employer to harass and intimidate an employee because the employee has objected to a co-worker being unlawfully harassed.

The Jones Law Firm, P.A. will aggressively pursue justice and maximum compensation for the rights of employees who have experienced unlawful hostility and harassment in the workplace. If you would like to discuss your case with us, please complete the contact form or call us at 904.434.7553.
